Our spa has been open since November of 2021 & we are looking to grow our massage therapist team!
We are in need to fill prime hours at the moment. In need of evening/weekend shifts! We do offer a $1000 sign on bonus to full time therapist. To be considered full time we only require 24 scheduled hours a week. At our location we strive to provide professional & excellent services to our clients. Job Responsibilities:
- Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
- Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Job Requirements:
- Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
- Must carry liability insurance.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required.
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
Compensation: $125.00 - $200.00 per day
